About the Survey:
As we continue to improve our community,
we are seeking your input.
The City of Fairview Heights is in the process of updating the vision for the development and direction of the city over the next ten years or so. In support of that effort, we are requesting residents and business owners to provide their input to help the city’s quality of life and to support continued business development. Your input is important and will be considered as the city analyzes needs, priorities and opportunities for future development. The questions in the survey below will be kept confidential and only specifically referenced as they relate to other survey responses.
