With over 3 million square feet of retail, Fairview Heights is dubbed the Retail Hub of Southern Illinois. It is home to a Super Regional Mall and 7 shopping centers. 75 restaurants operate in the City, as do 8 hotels and motels. Interstate 64 straddles the City with traffic counts at Exit 12 exceeding 78,000 cars a day.

In support of that effort, we are requesting residents and business owners to provide their input to help the city’s quality of life and to support continued business development. Your input is important and will be considered as the city analyzes needs, priorities and opportunities for future development. Responses to either survey will be confidential and only referenced as they relate to aggregate responses.
